Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju (National Centre for Research and Development) has launched preliminary market consultations concerning the pilot of Service 1 – the Energy Transition Roadmap, developed as part of the CEEB 2.0 – System obsługi centralnej ewidencji emisyjności budynków – Faza II (Central Register of Emissions from Buildings Service System – Phase II) project.
The planned solution is intended to support jednostki samorządu terytorialnego (local government units) in planning and managing the local energy transition, using data collected in the Centralna Ewidencja Emisyjności Budynków (Central Register of Emissions from Buildings – CEEB).
Local governments can help shape the solution
The aim of the consultations is to gather the experience and needs of local governments and to develop the framework for the future pilot. In particular, the consultations are intended to help:
- define criteria for selecting jednostki samorządu terytorialnego (local government units) to participate in the pilot,
- develop principles for implementing and evaluating the pilot,
- identify the needs and experience of JST related to the use of data on buildings and heating sources,
- identify challenges related to local energy transition planning,
- co-create a solution that responds to the actual needs of its future users.
The Energy Transition Roadmap is intended to be one of the new modules developed as part of the CEEB 2.0 project. Its purpose will be to use available data on buildings and heating sources to support local planning of activities related to the energy transition.
Who can participate?
JST (local government units) interested in using data on buildings and heating sources for local energy transition planning are invited to participate in the consultations.
Participation gives local governments an opportunity to present their own needs and experience and to influence the design of the planned solution and the framework of the pilot.
